vipok Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the vipok platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus eligibility, game participation, and the rights and responsibilities of all parties. Please read them carefully before using any vipok service.
1 General Terms & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vipok ("vipok", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at vipok.club. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with vipok, including but not limited to account creation, the use of any game or betting service, financial transactions, promotional participation, and communication with our support team.
vipok reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted and applied in the English language. Any translation provided is for convenience only and the English version governs in the event of any conflict.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To access any real-money service on vipok — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and sports betting — you must hold a verified vipok account. Registration is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. vipok strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under 18 will be immediately suspended, and all funds in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable verification findings.
- Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering an account with vipok.
- One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) vipok account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. vipok reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated bonuses or pending withdrawals.
- Accurate information: You must provide true, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
- KYC verification: vipok may require identity verification (Know Your Customer, "KYC") before processing withdrawals or at any point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC when requested may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
- Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. vipok shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact vipok support immediately at [email protected].
vipok reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal.
3 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the vipok platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vipok supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Transaction limits and processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change; always check the current limits displayed in your account cashier before initiating a transaction.
Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your vipok account balance in real time upon confirmed receipt from your payment provider. vipok does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which vipok accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly upon receipt; for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, funds are typically delivered within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two (2) business days depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule.
- Withdrawal method matching: vipok operates a return-to-source policy. Withdrawals must, where operationally possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to prevent financial crime and money laundering.
- Verification requirement: vipok reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts may be held pending completion of the verification process.
- Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. These requirements are specified on the relevant bonus offer page and must be read and accepted before claiming any promotion.
- Suspicious transactions: vipok monitors all transactions for indicators of financial crime, fraud, and money laundering. Any account associated with suspicious transaction activity may have its withdrawal requests suspended pending investigation. vipok cooperates fully with relevant authorities in such investigations.
- Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on vipok are denominated in BDT. No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.
4 Bonuses & Promotions
vipok offers promotional bonuses to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotional page in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotional page and these Terms, the promotional page terms take precedence for that specific offer.
- Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have a fully registered and verified vipok account unless otherwise stated. Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent the qualifying deposit are not eligible to claim bonuses during the restricted period.
- One bonus per offer: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, per household address, per device, and per IP address. vipok reserves the right to void bonus claims where it has reasonable grounds to believe these restrictions have been circumvented.
- Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified on each individual bonus offer.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated on the relevant offer, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
- Abuse: vipok reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes, placing low-risk hedged bets to complete wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to abuse promotions.
- Modification and withdrawal of offers: vipok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to eligible players with reasonable notice where practicable.
5 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the vipok platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the standards of fair and honest play. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vipok platform:
- Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods; providing false identity documents; or engaging in any form of financial deception in connection with your vipok account.
- Collusion: Conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market offered on the vipok platform.
- Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to play games or place bets on your behalf without human interaction, unless such tools are explicitly permitted by vipok in writing.
- Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise access the underlying source code or systems of the vipok platform for any purpose.
- Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise harmful communication directed at vipok staff, support agents, or other players through any channel.
- Money laundering: Using the vipok platform as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or launder funds obtained through illegal activity. vipok has robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures in place and reports suspicious activity as required by applicable law.
- Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the vipok platform by any person under the age of 18, including sharing login credentials with minors.
- Commercial exploitation: Using the vipok platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by vipok in writing, including reselling account access or game credits.
vipok reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
6 Game Rules & Fair Play
vipok operates as a distributor and aggregator of games supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. The rules governing each individual game — including paytables, RTP percentages, volatility ratings, and special feature mechanics — are set by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface.
All games available on the vipok platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied, maintained, and independently audited by their respective licensed providers. vipok does not modify game outcomes, interfere with RNG outputs, or adjust paytables. Published RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome within any individual gaming session.
- Malfunction policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure during a game round, vipok reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the bet amount to the player's account balance. Wins generated during a confirmed malfunction period are not payable.
- Bet limits: Each game carries minimum and maximum bet limits set by the game provider. vipok may apply additional account-level bet limits at its discretion, particularly for new accounts or accounts under review.
- Sports betting: Sports betting markets on vipok, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh national team), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are subject to specific sportsbook rules available within the betting section. In-play markets are offered at vipok's discretion and may be suspended or closed at any time.
- Dispute resolution: Any dispute relating to the outcome of a game or bet must be submitted to vipok support within 30 days of the disputed event. vipok's decision, reached after investigation and in consultation with the relevant game provider where applicable, shall be final and binding.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Either party may initiate closure of a vipok account subject to the conditions below. Voluntary closure requests by the player and enforcement closures by vipok are handled separately.
Player-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting vipok support at [email protected]. Before processing a closure request, vipok will confirm your identity, settle any outstanding transactions, and process any eligible remaining balance to your verified withdrawal method. Accounts with open bets or incomplete wagering requirements may be subject to a short processing period before closure is finalised.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to restrict their access for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure without the option of re-registration. vipok-initiated suspension or closure: vipok reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
- vipok has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
- The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
- The account is found to be held by a person under the age of 18.
- A duplicate account associated with the same individual is identified.
- The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy applies).
- vipok is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
In cases of vipok-initiated closure due to breach of these Terms or confirmed fraud, vipok reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation and legal review.
8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vipok and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the vipok platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, whether or not vipok has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
vipok's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any direct damages arising out of or related to these Terms or the vipok platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
vipok does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players in advance where possible. vipok accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability during maintenance or due to circumstances beyond vipok's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, or government-mandated service restrictions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you participate in all games and betting markets entirely at your own risk. vipok's role is to provide the platform through which you access licensed third-party games and betting markets; vipok does not provide financial advice, betting tips, or any guarantee of winnings from any game or market.
